Sausage-Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. uncooked hot pork sausage
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Shred cheese and combine with sausage and Bisquick with your hands.
    Shape into small balls and place on cookie sheet. Make the balls
    small, since they increase as they are baked. Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Or, shape into balls and freeze. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Yields 100 small balls. Serve warm with toothpicks.
