Rice Cheeseburger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Follow package instructions; prepare instant rice with water. Blend rice with all other ingredients, except cheese.
    Shape mixture by hand, forming patties around a generous spoonful of shredded cheese.
    Patties may be fried or baked.
    Serve with usual condiments on toasted split rolls.
