Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 potatoes (do not peel)
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 small onion, diced
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    3/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 sticks butter, cubed
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender; peel.
    Cut into medium size pieces.
    Mix all ingredients together in large casserole dish. Cover.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until cheese is melted.
    Stir and serve.
