1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (16 oz.) tub Cool Whip
2 c. cold milk
2 (4 serving) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation

First Layer: Mix together first 4 ingredients and pat into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes; cool.
