Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    8 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat eggs and sugar together.
    Add pumpkin; blend well.
    Mix dry ingredients together; beat into egg, sugar and pumpkin mixture.
    Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan; bake for 15 minutes.
    When done, invert on towel sprinkled with confectioners sugar.
    Roll cake and towel together into roll; cool 10 minutes.
    Unroll and spread with cream cheese and Cool Whip that have been blended together.
    Reroll and refrigerate.
