White Bread(2 Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick)
    3 1/2 c. bread flour
    1 egg
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Scald milk.
    Pour in large bowl. Add sugar, salt and butter.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Add yeast.
    Beat in egg.
    Add flour.
    Mix well.
    Knead 10 minutes.
    Grease large bowl.
    Add dough.
    Let rise in warm place (85\u00b0) until double.
    Punch down.
    Divide in half.
    Rest under bowl 15 minutes.
    Shape into loaves.
    Place in buttered bread pan.
    Return to warm place.
    Let rise to 1-inch above pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 on lower rack of oven until golden brown.
    Turn out on rack.
    Brush with melted butter.
    Enjoy.
