Dutch Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 c. self-rising flour
    3 c. diced apples (York or Winesap)
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix the oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla, then add self-rising flour.
    Mix well.
    Add apples and pecans; mix well.
    Pour or dip mixture into a well-greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
