Barbecue Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    6 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    6 Tbsp. soy sauce
    6 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 c. bouillon (2 beef cubes)
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    2 to 3 lb. spareribs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well; pour over meat and allow to stand in refrigerator overnight.
    Remove from marinade and place in shallow baking pan.
    Roast at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Baste occasionally with marinade.
    After 1/2 hour remove excess fat.
