Fruit Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. melted margarine
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt (it can be omitted)
1/4 c. 2% milk
2 beaten eggs
Preparation

Cream together the milk, eggs, sugar and cream cheese. Gradually add the rest of the ingredients.
Make sure there are no lumps.
Stir it all well; must be well blended.
Put half of the batter in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Spread your favorite fruit preserves over the batter, then pour the remaining batter over the preserves.
