Beignets(French Fritters) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    14 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    2 eggs
    1 small can Pet milk
    1 3/4 bananas, mashed (cup)
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Beat egg and milk together and pour into dry ingredients.
    Add banana and mix with electric mixer.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot grease and fry until golden brown.
    Don't get grease too hot as they will be raw inside. Shake in a paper bag with powdered sugar and serve while hot.
