Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    3/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese
    1 small can cream-style corn
    1/2 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 large onion
    1/2 garlic clove
    2 jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine corn meal, soda and salt; stir and set aside.
    In food processor, process cheese, onions, garlic and peppers.
    Mix together all ingredients with corn meal mixture. Pour into large skillet (hot, oiled and sprinkled with corn meal). Bake in 400\u00b0 oven until knife will come out clean in center.
