Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (13 oz.) can condensed milk
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. Key lime juice (pure stuff)
    1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust or regular baked crust
    3 egg yolks and whites, separated
    1 tsp. grated rind
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Beat yolks separately and add to milk, making sure to mix well. Add juice, rind and salt.
    Mix well and set aside.
    Beat egg whites until peaks form, but not to the point that they become dry.
    Gradually add sugar and beat until very stiff.
    Fold egg and milk mixture into egg whites.
    Turn into graham cracker crust or regular baked crust.
    Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Top with whipped cream when cool.
    Pie will be pale yellow, thick and creamy.
    Also good with lemon juice and rind if Key limes are not available.
