Caramel Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1 c. milk
3/4 c. butter
3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
caramelized sugar
Preparation

Caramelize sugar and water.
Put sugar in heavy saucepan or skillet.
Melt sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly until evenly brown.
Add water.
Stir on simmer until lumps dissolve.
