Armadillos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 to 20 large jalapenos
16 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
16 oz. pkg. thin sliced bacon
Preparation

Cut tops off jalapenos and remove the seeds. Mix cream cheese and Parmesan cheese together.
Stuff jalapenos with cream cheese mixture. Wrap a slice of bacon around jalapeno, starting over the open top. Secure with a wooden toothpick. Grill on barbecue until bacon is crispy.
