Mushroom Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook butter and onions slowly until tender. Add mushrooms. Cook and stir for 5 minutes. Add seasonings and flour. Blend and add milk. Stir until thickened. Add eggs. Pour into buttered ring mold. Bake at 350\u00b0 until firm (30 minutes). Good with roasts, steaks, etc.
