Chicken Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken, cut into chunks
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. butter
1 onion, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 garlic clove
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can peeled and chopped tomatoes
1 sprig rosemary or 1/4 tsp. dry seasoning
1 c. dry white wine
Preparation

In Dutch oven or deep frying pan, heat butter and oil.
Brown chicken adding salt and pepper on all pieces.
Remove chicken and set aside.
