Macaroni-Beef Skillet Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. elbow macaroni
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. diced onion
1 clove garlic, mashed or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Drain and set aside.
Saute meat, onion and garlic in oil until meat is cooked and onion is tender.
Drain.
Add pepper, tomato sauce, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce and Italian seasoning.
Bring mixture to a boil, then gently simmer for about 5 minutes. Mix in cooked macaroni and simmer for 5 more minutes.
