Red Snapper Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. red snapper or other white fish
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    dash of hot red pepper sauce
    paprika and salt to sprinkle
Preparation
    Place fish in greased baking dish.
    Combine all but paprika and spread over.
    Sprinkle on paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
