Baked Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. hot milk
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cut cabbage in wedges and boil 10 minutes.
    Drain and put in buttered casserole dish.
    Mix flour, salt, pepper and sugar together; mix with cabbage.
    Dot with butter and pour hot milk over cabbage.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
