Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck tomatoes
    12 large chopped onions
    8 pods hot pepper
    5 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. black pepper
    6 c. vinegar
    4 c. sugar (or more)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and cook until thick as you want it. Put in jars and seal.
