Dutch Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 medium apples, diced finely
Preparation
    Mix together eggs, oil and vanilla until well blended.
    Stir in flour and sugar.
    Lastly, stir in diced apple.
    Bake in lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
