Asparagus Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. chives, chopped
    2 Tbsp. shallots, spring onions, or regular onions
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley or dried (use less dry)
    1 tsp. fresh tarragon or dry (use less dry)
Preparation
    Blend all together in a blender or food processor.
    Pour over asparagus.
