Phoenix Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, split
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. oregano (fresh)
    salt and pepper
    Mozzarella cheese
    red and green bell peppers
    brown sugar
Preparation
    Saute breasts in olive oil until brown.
    Combine Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle oregano and Mozzarella cheese over chicken.
    Slice bell peppers and garnish.
    Serve over wild rice.
    Caramelize brown sugar and string over chicken.
