Mushroom Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in butter; drain liquid.
    Add flour; stir to coat mushrooms well.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Stir in sour cream; season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Spread in 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serve on crackers.
    May prepare 1 day ahead.
