Red Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
    3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
    1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
    1 small Cool Whip
    1 small head lettuce, chopped
    1 small head cauliflower, chopped
    1 to 2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 lb. cooked and crumbled bacon
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip
Preparation
    Layer all ingredients in order given and spread the Miracle Whip on top.
    Cover bowl, store in refrigerator overnight.
    Stir one hour before serving.
