Beef Stroganoff Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 (3/4 oz.) pkg. mushroom gravy mix
3/4 c. water
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1 c. sour cream
1 c. Bisquick mix
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 small pepper, cut into rings
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0. Grease rectangular (11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch) baking dish. Cook beef and onion over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown. Drain beef. Stir in dry gravy mix, water and mushrooms. Cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream. Spoon mixture into baking dish.
