Lemon Jello Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small boxes lemon Jell-O
    2 c. boiling water
    2 c. Seven-Up
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
    2 to 3 sliced bananas
    1 c. mini marshmallows
    1 c. juice from pineapple
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. Cool Whip
    shredded cheese
    chopped pecans
Preparation
    In saucepan, mix juice, sugar, flour and egg.
    Cook until thick.
    Let cool completely.
    Mix Jell-O, boiling water and 7-Up; let partially set while in bowl.
    Add pineapple, bananas and marshmallows.
    Pour into Pyrex dish or mold.
    To the sugar mixture, add Cool Whip, then pour over Jell-O mixture.
    Top with shredded Cheddar cheese or chopped pecans.
    Let set overnight in refrigerator.
    (Can be used as salad or dessert.)
    Serves 12 to 14.
