Artichokes And Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken cutlets, cut into chunks
    2 cans artichoke hearts, not marinated
    Viva Italian dressing
Preparation
    Fry chicken cutlets dipped in eggs and bread crumbs until golden.
    Cut artichokes in half and pour 1 can artichokes juice in pan.
    Put chicken and artichokes and 1/4 bottle of salad dressing in pan and mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serve with rice and enjoy.
