7-Up Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 Tbsp. lemon extract
    3 c. Swans Down cake flour
    6 oz. or 3/4 c. 7-Up
Preparation
    Cream butter and shortening together until creamy.
    Add sugar gradually until fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add lemon extract.
    Blend in flour with spoon; fold in 7-Up.
    Bake in well-greased tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
