Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 - 8 squash sliced
1 lb. sausage
1 large onion chopped
8 oz. cottage cheese
12 - 14 oz. cheddar or mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. peppridge farm stuffing mix
Preparation

While squash and onions are cooking, brown sausage and drain. Mash squash/onions and mix with sausage, cottage cheese and stuffing mix.
Put in casserole dish and cover with cheese.
Bake 350\u00b0 about 35 minutes or until bubbly.
Servings 6 to 8.
