Ritz Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts
    3 egg whites
    20 Ritz, smashed
Preparation
    Combine crackers, nuts, baking powder and vanilla.
    Beat egg whites.
    Add sugar until stiff peaks form.
    Fold into cracker mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes in a 9-inch round cake pan. Top each pieces with berries and whipped cream.
    Serves 8.
