Whipped Cream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. oleo
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix flour and milk in pan.
    Cook over low heat until thick and smooth.
    Put in bowl and cool.
    Cream oleo and shortening for 4 minutes with electric mixer.
    Add sugar gradually and beat for 4 minutes.
    Add flour paste and beat 4 minutes.
    Add vanilla and blend.
