Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. precooked rice
    1 can tomato soup (10 oz.)
    1 egg
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. onion salt
Preparation
    Mix beef, rice, 1/2 can of soup, egg, water and salt.
    Form the mixture into meatballs.
    Arrange them in a circle in microwave-safe pan and cover with wax paper.
    Microwave 8 to 10 minutes on High.
    Top with remaining soup.
