Prune Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
5 eggs, beaten
2 1/4 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. cooked, pitted prunes
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients; set aside.
Cream oil, eggs and sugar Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan, plus a 9-inch square pan, that have been greased and floured.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
