Seafood Sausage Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. cumin (ground)
    1 tsp. tarragon (dried)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 lb. large shrimp, shelled and deveined
    2 large zucchini, scrubbed and cut into 1/4-inch half slices
    1 lb. kielbasa or chorizo sausage, cut diagonally into 1/4-inch slices
Preparation
    Make Marinade:
    Whisk oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, tarragon, salt and pepper in large bowl.
    Add shrimp; toss to coat. Refrigerate, covered, turning shrimp occasionally (at least 3 hours).
    Drain shrimp, reserving marinade.
    Thread metal skewers alternately with zucchini, shrimp and sausage.
    Place skewers on barbecue; brush kabobs with marinade.
    Barbecue about 6 minutes on each side, basting frequently with marinade.
    Makes 8 to 10 kabobs.
