Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. orange juice
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mash cooked sweet potatoes.
    Mix in eggs.
    Add 1/4 of the brown sugar and 1/4 of the butter.
    Add salt and cinnamon.
    Mix in orange juice.
    Spread out in a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
    Put pecans on top.
    Sprinkle remaining sugar and butter over top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
