Cheese Potato Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. hot roll mix
1/2 c. potato flakes
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/4 c. hot tap water
1 egg
2 oz. (1/2 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In
large
bowl,
combine
yeast
from foil packet with flour mixture, potato flakes, Parmesan cheese and garlic salt. Stir in hot
tap
water and egg until flour is moistened;
add Cheddar cheese.
Stir
until
well
mixed
(batter
will
be sticky). Cover;
let
rise
on
wire rack over bowl or pan to which boiling water
has been added until light and doubled in size, 30
to
45 minutes.
Generously
grease 10-inch tube or 9-inch round
cake pan.
Stir
down dough; spread in prepared pan.
Cover; let rise in warm place until light and doubled in size, about 30
to 45 minutes.
Heat oven at 375\u00b0.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes
or
until golden
brown.
Immediately remove from pan.
