Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large, fresh mushrooms
    melted butter
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. finely chopped green onion
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
    1/4 c. Italian style breadcrumbs
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms with damp paper towels; pat dry.
    Remove stems and finely chop; set aside.
    Brush caps with melted butter.
    Saute stems, celery, onion and green pepper in 2 tablespoons butter until tender.
    Add wine and Worcestershire; simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in breadcrumbs.
    Spoon mixture by tablespoon into caps.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and place in a shallow baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
