Picante Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew meat
    1 chopped onion
    1 sliced mango
    water (to cover)
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Flour stew meat and brown in skillet.
    Add onion, mango and water to cover.
    Cook until meat is tender.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
