Beef Or Smoked Sausage And Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small piece boiling beef or roast
    2 or 3 lb. fresh green beans
    1 onion, chopped
    4 or 5 chunked potatoes (optional)
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    water to cover
    3 to 4 Tbsp. beef bouillon
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil (cook) meat until almost done (1 hour or so) in a pan big enough to hold both meat and beans.
    Add bouillon, onion and garlic.
    Add beans.
    Simmer while covered until beans are done. Add salt, if desired.
