Devil'S Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
5 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. warm water
1 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. soda
2 1/2 c. sifted plain flour
pinch of salt

Preparation

Beat together sugar, oil and eggs.
Make paste with cocoa and water and add to mixture.
Mix together buttermilk and soda and add alternately with flour and salt.
