Sausage "N" Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Hillshire Farm smoked sausage
    6 to 8 potatoes
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. bacon grease
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes.
    Put bacon grease in a nonstick skillet.
    When skillet and grease are hot, add potatoes.
    Fry potatoes with cover on, stirring occasionally.
    While potatoes are frying, cut the sausage into 1/8-inch slices.
    Peel and dice the onion.
    When potatoes are almost done, add the sausage and onion; continue frying until onion has turned clear and the sausage is heated through.
    Serve hot with cornbread.
