Peaches And Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 (15 to 20 oz.) can sliced peaches or pineapple
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 Tbsp. juice (reserved from canned fruit)
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Combine the first 6 ingredients in a bowl; beat at medium speed with an electric mixture until well blended.
Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan.
Drain the fruit, reserving the juice. Place the fruit on top of the pie filling.
