Shrimp Rice Casserole For Two - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    dash of black pepper
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can cleaned shrimp, drained
    1 c. hot cooked rice
    1/4 c. shredded process cheese
    1/4 c. cracker crumbs, buttered
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. light cream
    parsley for garnish
Preparation
    Melt butter in 1-quart saucepan over low direct heat.
    Cook onion in butter until transparent, about 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat and blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Stir in cream and Worcestershire sauce gradually.
    Return to heat and cook sauce, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 3 minutes.
    Add mushrooms and shrimp.
    Heat until warm, about 2 minutes.
