Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
6 slices bread, torn
1 lb. medium sausage
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. mushrooms (optional)
Preparation

Brown sausage; cool. Beat eggs.
Add milk, salt and mustard. Beat again. Add bread and stir.
Add cheese and sausage.
Pour in greased glass dish. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or brown around the edges.
Bake, uncovered.
