"Wassail"(Beverage) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. apple cider or juice
    1 cinnamon stick
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. honey
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    2 1/4 c. pineapple juice
    cinnamon sticks
Preparation
    In
    large
    saucepan, heat cider and 1 cinnamon stick to boiling.
    Reduce
    heat,
    cover
    and simmer 5 minutes.
    Uncover and stir in remaining ingredients (except cinnamon sticks) and simmer 5
    minutes longer.\tServe in punch bowl.
    Use cinnamon sticks
    as individual stirrers.
    Makes 16 servings (about 1/2 cup each).
