Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger meat
1 chopped onion
salt, pepper, salad pepper and garlic
1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
2 oz. chili powder
3 c. water
Preparation
-
Brown hamburger meat, onion, salt, pepper, salad pepper and garlic.
Drain.
Add tomatoes and chili powder.
Stir and add water.
Simmer 1 1/2 hours with lid.
Thicken with flour and water.
