Apricot-Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. ground allspice
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. applesauce
2 eggs
3/4 c. diced apricots
1/2 c. chopped nuts
powdered sugar

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 12 cup Bundt pan or tube pan. Combine flour, allspice and baking soda.
Set aside.
