Ingredients

3 ripe medium peaches, pitted, peeled and quartered
1/2 c. Karo light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 c. lemon sherbet
1/2 c. ginger ale
Preparation

Place peaches in blender with syrup and ground ginger.
Cover and blend until smooth. Add the lemon sherbet and ginger ale. Blend until smooth. Serve in large glasses with vanilla ice cream. Makes 2 servings.
