Grilled Teriyaki Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/3 c. dry cooking sherry
    1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from pork chops.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour half of this mixture into a large dish.
    Place chops in mixture; pour remaining mixture over chops.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours or overnight, turning meat occasionally.
    Grill chops over medium to low direct heat until brown.
    Turn meat.
    Brush with marinade mixture.
    Remaining mixture is great over cooked white rice.
